Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before registering or using any service on the qk0k platform. Use of the platform constitutes acceptance of these terms.
Introduction
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") govern the relationship between qk0k ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") and any individual ("User", "Player", "you") who accesses, registers on, or uses the services available at qk0k.org ("the Website"). By accessing any part of the Website, creating an account, making a deposit, or placing a wager, you unconditionally accept these Terms in full. If you do not accept these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform.
qk0k reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following any such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is the User's responsibility to review these Terms periodically. All services are provided in BDT and are intended exclusively for the Bangladesh market. Players must be aged 21 or above to use the Platform.

Fair Play Policy

Bonus Rules Apply

1. Eligibility
1Age Requirement
The qk0k Platform is strictly restricted to individuals who are 21 years of age or older. By creating an account or placing any wager, you confirm and warrant that you are at least 21 years of age. qk0k reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time and to suspend or close any account where the age requirement cannot be satisfactorily verified. Any winnings earned by an underage player will be void and forfeited.
2Geographic Restriction
The Platform is designed and operated for users located in Bangladesh. Users accessing the Platform from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited or restricted by local law do so entirely at their own risk and legal responsibility. qk0k makes no representation that the services offered on the Platform are appropriate or lawful in any jurisdiction other than Bangladesh.
3Account Limit
Each individual may hold only one registered account on the qk0k Platform. Multiple accounts are strictly prohibited. qk0k employs automated and manual detection processes to identify duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, all accounts belonging to the same individual will be suspended, any outstanding balances (including bonus balances and pending withdrawals) will be voided, and the player may be permanently excluded from the Platform.
21+ Only — qk0k is strictly for adults aged 21 and above. Underage gambling is illegal and harmful. If you are under 21, you are not permitted to use this Platform under any circumstances.
2. Account Registration and Security
To access the full range of services on the qk0k Platform, you are required to register for an account. Registration requires you to provide a valid Bangladesh mobile number and to create a password. You represent and warrant that all information provided during registration is accurate, complete, and up to date. qk0k reserves the right to verify any information provided and to suspend or close accounts where information is found to be inaccurate or fraudulent.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials. qk0k will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure. If you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact qk0k support at [email protected] immediately.
1Accurate Information
All personal details provided at registration — including your name, date of birth, and mobile number — must be genuine and belong to you personally. Providing false information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and permanent exclusion from the Platform.
2Password Security
You are responsible for choosing a strong, unique password for your qk0k account and for keeping that password confidential. qk0k strongly recommends using a password of at least 8 characters that combines upper and lower case letters, numbers, and symbols. You must not share your password with any third party, including individuals claiming to represent qk0k. qk0k support staff will never ask for your password in any communication.
3Account Closure by User
You may request the closure of your qk0k account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Before closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds that have not met their wagering requirements) will be eligible for withdrawal subject to the standard withdrawal process. Account closure requests are processed within a reasonable timeframe. Accounts that are self-excluded for responsible gaming reasons may be subject to a cooling-off period before closure is processed.
3. Deposits and Withdrawals
All financial transactions on the qk0k Platform are conducted exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). qk0k supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and direct bank transfer from major Bangladeshi banks including BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, and Dutch-Bangla Bank. No currency conversion is applied. qk0k charges no fees on deposits or withdrawals from its side; the payment provider's own transaction limits or fees, if any, are outside qk0k's control.
1Minimum Deposit
The minimum deposit amount on the qk0k Platform is ৳200. There is no maximum deposit limit imposed by qk0k, though individual payment methods may carry their own daily or per-transaction caps as set by the relevant payment provider. Deposits made to a qk0k account must originate from a payment method registered in the account holder's own name.
2Withdrawal Processing
Withdrawal requests are processed by qk0k promptly following verification. As a security measure, withdrawals are sent to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit on the account. qk0k does not permit withdrawals to third-party accounts, bank accounts not in the account holder's name, or payment methods different from those used for the corresponding deposit without prior written approval from the support team.
3KYC Verification
qk0k may at any time require a User to complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process before a withdrawal is approved. KYC verification may include submission of a government-issued photo identification document, proof of address, and proof of ownership of the payment method used. Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe requested by qk0k may result in the suspension of withdrawal privileges until verification is complete.
4Dormant Accounts
An account is considered dormant if there has been no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months. qk0k reserves the right to apply an administrative fee to dormant accounts. Players will be notified via their registered contact details before any such fee is applied. Players may reactivate a dormant account at any time by logging in and contacting support.
All deposits must be made using payment methods registered in your own name. qk0k does not accept third-party deposits. Any deposit originating from a source that cannot be verified as belonging to the account holder may be returned or held pending investigation.
4. Bonuses and Promotions
qk0k offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, and seasonal promotions. All bonuses are subject to these Terms and to the specific terms and conditions attached to each individual offer, which will be published alongside the offer at the time of promotion. In the event of any conflict between these general Terms and the specific terms of a promotion, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.
1Wagering Requirements
Bonus funds credited to a qk0k account are subject to wagering requirements (rollover conditions) before they may be withdrawn as real money. The applicable wagering requirement for each bonus will be specified in that bonus's terms. Bonus funds and any winnings generated from bonus funds remain in the bonus balance and are not available for withdrawal until the full rollover condition has been met. Attempting to withdraw before meeting the wagering requirement will result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
2One Bonus Per Player
Each welcome bonus or sign-up promotion is available only once per player, per household, and per device. qk0k monitors for patterns of bonus abuse, including the creation of multiple accounts to claim a bonus more than once. Players found to be abusing bonus offers will have all bonuses forfeited, and their accounts may be permanently closed.
3Expiry of Bonuses
All bonus offers carry an expiry date or a time window within which the wagering requirement must be completed. If the wagering requirement is not met within the specified validity period, the bonus balance and any winnings generated from it will automatically expire and be removed from the account. The expiry period for each bonus will be stated in its individual offer terms.
4Bonus Modification or Withdrawal
qk0k reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotional offer at any time without prior notice. This includes the right to change wagering requirements, maximum bonus amounts, and eligible games. Modifications will not apply retroactively to bonuses already accepted by a player and in the process of being wagered, unless required by law or to prevent fraudulent activity.
5. Prohibited Conduct
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the qk0k Platform. Any User found to have engaged in any of these activities will have their account suspended or permanently closed, all balances voided, and may be reported to relevant authorities.
- Registering or attempting to register as an underage player, or providing false age information during the registration process.
- Opening or operating more than one account on the Platform, whether under the same identity or a different identity.
- Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to interact with the Platform, place bets, or exploit game mechanics in ways not intended by the game design.
- Colluding with other players or with any third party to manipulate game outcomes, exploit bonus offers, or defraud qk0k or other users of the Platform.
- Using the Platform for money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal financial activity. All suspicious transactions are subject to investigation and may be reported to the relevant financial intelligence authorities.
- Attempting to exploit software errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities in the Platform. Any winnings derived from a demonstrable software error will be voided. Players are required to notify qk0k support promptly upon discovering any such error.
- Engaging in any form of harassment, abusive language, or threatening behaviour directed at qk0k staff or other users of the Platform.
Violations of these conduct rules may result in immediate account suspension, permanent exclusion from the Platform, forfeiture of all balances including real-money and bonus funds, and referral of the matter to law enforcement authorities where required by law.
6. Responsible Gaming and Self-Exclusion
qk0k is committed to promoting responsible gaming. We believe that gambling should be a form of entertainment and not a means of generating income or escaping personal problems. qk0k provides players with tools to manage their gaming activity, including the ability to request account self-exclusion or temporary account suspension. Players who wish to take a break from gambling may request a time-out period or a longer self-exclusion by contacting [email protected]. During a self-exclusion period, the player's account will be disabled and they will not be permitted to log in, deposit, or place wagers. Self-exclusion requests are processed promptly and, once activated, cannot be reversed before the agreed exclusion period expires.

7. Intellectual Property
All content on the qk0k Platform, including but not limited to the website design, layout, graphics, logos, text, software, and game interfaces, is the intellectual property of qk0k or its licensed providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. No content from the Platform may be copied, reproduced, distributed, republished, downloaded, displayed, or transmitted in any form or by any means without the prior written permission of qk0k. Unauthorised use of any content on the Platform may give rise to a claim for damages and may constitute a criminal offence.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, qk0k shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, computer damage, system failure, or the cost of substitute services. qk0k's aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your account during the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
qk0k does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. While qk0k takes reasonable technical precautions to maintain the availability and security of the Platform, qk0k shall not be liable for any loss or damage resulting from a period of technical downtime, interruption to internet connectivity, or cyber-attack, provided that qk0k has acted with reasonable diligence to restore service.
9. Amendments to These Terms
qk0k reserves the right to revise, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, qk0k will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and, where reasonably practicable, will notify registered users via their registered contact details. It is each User's responsibility to check this page regularly to stay informed of any updates. Continued use of the Platform after any changes have been posted constitutes the User's acceptance of the revised Terms.
If you do not agree with any revised Terms, you must stop using the Platform immediately and may request account closure by contacting [email protected]. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any revision constitutes your binding acceptance of the updated Terms.
10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the operation of the qk0k Platform. In the event of a dispute between you and qk0k, we encourage you to contact our support team at [email protected] in the first instance so that we may attempt to resolve the matter informally. qk0k aims to respond to all formal complaints within a reasonable timeframe. Nothing in these Terms limits any statutory rights you may have as a consumer under the laws of the jurisdiction in which you reside.
